I recently closed on my "doll-house". My transaction was not a smooth one, but the dedication, knowledge, and persistance of your agent (Jennifer Zimmerman) got me in my home. I'm newly divorced and had no idea what or how to go about buying a home on my own, (Jennifer sat down with me and frankly disappointed me on the price of home I could afford) I had my little house picked and she said I couldn't, using the route I was taking, but there were special programs out there that I qualified for. Anyway, she stuck with me every step of the long way, meetings at Anchorage Neighborhood Housing, NBA, Alaska Housing, and more. I'm telling you, I was overwhelmed and at times ready to give up, but she said "Stick with it, and you'll have the house you want!" Here I am four months later in the little house I had my heart set on, at an interest rate I did not expect. My monthly payment is $280.00 less that what we had expected. Hats off to your agent. I've never met someone so knowledgable about financing and so fun to chat with. I'm sure I drove her crazy with my constant nagging and questions, etc., but she stuck with me, and the end result--I'm an extremely satisfied cilent! The first thing that I say when clients in my field is "Do you want to buy a house? I know a great agent: Jennifer Zimmerman!"
